RIAS室内合唱団、新年コンサートはヘンデル特集

RIAS室内合唱団が毎年1月1日に行っている新年コンサート。今年は"Genius Händel"と題してヘンデルのオラトリオの合唱曲特集です。

イギリスのジャスティン･ドイルが指揮者に就任して初めての新年コンサートでの指揮(昨年はルネ･ヤーコプスが『天地創造』を指揮)ということで、ヘンデル･プログラムは予想されましたが、合唱曲だけ(一部行進曲や序曲)を並べるのは珍しく、ヘンデルの合唱技法を存分に楽しそうな面白い企画です。
